Lead Our Parts & Service Team

 

Ballina Toyota is seeking an exceptional Fixed Operations Manager to lead and drive our Parts and Service departments. This is a key leadership role responsible for the complete fixed operations business, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, strong financial performance, and a culture that people want to be part of.

 

We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven, enthusiastic and passionate about developing people and building a high-performing culture.

 

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will have overall responsibility for:

  • Leading and managing the Service and Parts departments.
  • Driving customer experience and retention.
  • Developing and mentoring a high-performing team.
  • Delivering strong financial results and profitability.
  • Improving productivity, efficiency and operational processes.
  • Building a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and communication.
  • Working closely with Toyota Australia and maintaining manufacturer standards.

  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of profitability, productivity and performance.
