Ballina Toyota has an opportunity to expand our dealership with an entry level Service Advisor role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the Automotive industry. You'll learn the ropes to become a successful Service Advisor providing professional advice when selling services, parts and accessories to our customers. Working with our team of professionals, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our highly skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all who visit our dealership.

What you'll be doing

• Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
• Updating customers on the progress of their repairs / servicing
• Up-selling customer repair and service requirements
• Inspecting customer vehicles prior to check-in
• Following up with customers once work has been complete
