Join Our Team as a Pre Delivery Administrator!

Le Mans Toyota is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre Delivery Administrator to join our Pre Delivery department. Work closely with our Pre Delivery Manager to streamline the pre delivery process and provide indispensable sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre delivery process to ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules and track progress through PDC and EPDC systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department and ensure seamless delivery experiences for our customers.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize dealership profitability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's Licence required.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Motivated self-starter with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
