Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Sales Manager to manage our sales department. We provide continuous training & development programs to ensure your maximum potential is reached and aim to achieve our goal to become the #1 Dealership Group in Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Sales department
• Developing and executing sales strategies
• The achievement of targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department
• High-quality customer service
• Continual development of our sales team - set goals, monitor progress and coach sales staff

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a proven track record in automotive sales
• Have prior experience in management or as an Assistant Manager/2IC
• Be able to build rapport with customers and staff
