About the role
This is a full-time Service Advisor role with Ballina Toyota. As a Service Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our highly skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all who visit our dealership.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers, and understanding their vehicle service needs
• Preparing comprehensive repair estimates and service recommendations
• Scheduling and coordinating vehicle service, repairs and maintenance
• Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
• Ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all service work
• Proactively identifying opportunities to generate additional service revenue
• Supporting the Parts and Sales teams as needed

What we're looking for

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using automotive service management software (desirable)
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
